Plastic Fabrication

We fabricate precision parts in acrylic, wood, ultem, adhesive tapes, and more using a variety FDM & SLA 3D printers, a 50W laser cutter, CNC Router, CNC Mills, manual mill & lathe, vacuum thermoforming, silicone molding, and painting.

Electrical & Data Collection

Numerous tools for PCB troubleshooting, population, rework, testing, and characterization. High-fidelity, audio recording, multiple multifunction data-acquisition devices and development boards, and an environmental chamber.

Machine Shop

Versatile machinery for low- and high-resolution parts in wood, plastic, and metal. A CNC plasma table, 3-axis CNC Fadal VMC4020HT Mill, 3-axis CNC Bridgeport Mill, 3-axis Laguna CNC 4 x 8 Router, manual knee mill, manual lathe, sheet metal brake, hydraulic press, TIG welder, metal and wood bandsaws, table saw, compound miter saw, and numerous hand and power tools. Parts can be finished using black oxide, powder coating, paint, and CNC-cut vinyl.

Textiles

Several industrial sewing machines for the design and production of high-performance textile prototypes for industrial applications.
